The Eco-path “Guardian of Life” takes the dirt road from the Center for Rehabilitation of Dancing Bears, runs along the “Gradinska Reka” River, diverting right and then taking up, and finally going out at the “Touritsi” location.
Then it goes back to the Center on a truck road with some shortcuts at the turns.
- Length: 7.5 km in both directions
- Duration: 2 hours and 15 minutes
The walk along the river is an occasion to talk about the Guardian of Life – water. Water is the basic building block of any living matter – from 50 to 90% of the weight of every creature on Earth, thus becoming the creator and guardian of life on Earth. Therefore, it is inextricably linked to the traditions of most peoples, where Water has fruitful and purifying power and health.
The “Guardian of Life” Eco-path enables you to stay and admire the river. It is suitable for various types of hobby tourism as it passes through the “salmon” and “barbell” zones of the rivers.
The Bird Club will introduce you to its “addicted” water members such as the water-bath and others. You can also see the globally threatened tree frog along the path. You will find there many tree and herbaceous plants.
