The Workshop for Development of Tradition in the village of Garmen:
Maintains and updates archives of folklore materials; create performances that recreate local customs and traditions.
Organizes lessons for tourists in folk dances, folk singing and folk instruments.
Organizes a variety of events – gatherings, meetings, exhibitions, seminars and conferences.
Offers individual attractive opportunities for leisure and recreation, interactive tourism, hiking in the mountains and walks along the picturesque trails.
According to the audience and the wishes, they draw up an individual program for each group, providing a truly exciting and attractive experience.
The Traditional Development Workshop (ART) in the village of Garmen was established in 2007 under the project “New Alternatives for Livelihoods of the Municipalities of Garmen (Bulgaria) and Bosilovo (Macedonia) under the Phare Cross-Border Cooperation Program Bulgaria – Macedonia.
