Vlahi Nature School is founded to educate children, school students and adults how to live close to nature, to use its resources sustainably and to preserve it for the next generations. Our mission is to open doors for people from all ages and to create a suitable atmosphere for experiences in harmony with nature. Nature School is housed in the old school of the village.
Vlahi Nature School is concerned with environmental and social projects with students and young people. It is a long-term initiative with the goal of establishing a working model for applied environmental education. Its purpose is to spread this idea and to motivate young people to participate in activities for learning about the environment. o achieve this objective Vlahi Nature School organize short term visits of students from schools, families with children, students, researchers and other visitors to meet nature and culture, customs and traditions of the local people.
Financed under the NGO Programme in Bulgaria under the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area.

The School has capacity to organize one or half-day visits for students (7-14 years old), university students, tourist groups or individual tourists. The activities within these visits are educational outdoor games, educational-interpretative programs for children and students on environmental protection and ecology.
