Sveti Dimitar Church was built in the center of the village in 1847. According to old legends, there used to be a church here 5 centuries ago. In its exterior from 2003, Sveti DImitar is a semi-dug three-nave pseudobasilica with a small external apse and an open narthex to the south and west. It is 14 m long and 12 m wide. In the churchyard, there are benches with stone plates bearing the names of those who only had the right to sit there at church holidays. Of special value are the three coloured wooden decorated ceilings, the three suns on the northern nave, the icon “Christ Almighty” in the central nave, the six cast candelabra and the embossed silver chalice. The 35 icons at the iconostasis are quite interesting, most of them painted in 1894 and six – even back in the 17th c. The bell-tower is a separate building, and the yard is very memorable with the centuries-old mulberry trees. It was in this church where the flag of the rebellion from 1902 known as Goremsko rebellion, was consecrated. The church has been designated a Cultural Monument of local importance.
