The Church of St. Archangel Michael was built in 1864 in the Renaissance style.
It was declared a monument of culture. In the years of Ottoman rule, the church was a massive building. The bell tower was built later. The old school of the village was housed in the courtyard. Gotse Delchev stayed often here with his cheta. The walls of the church still tell stories about the lyric poet and first mayor of our municipality center after the liberation Peyo Yavorov, who was part of Gotse Delchev`s cheta . Here is the icon that saved the village from burning.
