The Treshtenik Resort Complex is situated at 1760 meters above sea level and is situated in the southern part of Rila Mountain.
The adventurers who traveled with the narrow-gauge from Yakoruda Station to Avramovi Kolibi Station (the highest railway station on the Balkan Peninsula) have kept an incredible and unforgettable memory. The area “Treshtenik” is surrounded by pine trees, close to the National Park “Rila” boundaries. The place is a convenient starting point for many tourist routes in Rila National Park.
There is a ski slope in the area and places for accommodation. The Treshtenik – Nehtenitsa region is a preferred place for tourism all year round.
