Village Burilchevo – Archaeological site “Pilavot” – The site “Pilavot”, near the village of Burilchevo, originates from the Eneolithic, which has not been worked on for a long time, and archaeological research is planned for the discovery of new artifacts, since 2010. Discovered artifacts from this site, according to archaeologists, are identical to the artifacts found at the archaeological site of St. Athanasii near the village of Spanchevo, Kochansko, which confirms the connection of these two objects on the left and right side of Bregalnitsa.
Traces of fortress walls were found in it, which covered a large area, in which a lot of building material and ceramics remained. Several Roman ruins have also been found here. The Church of the Holy Mother of God is located in the village of Borilchevo.
The church is from the 12th century, whose icons and frescoes are by an unknown author.
