PEHCHEVO – SWAMP / MARSHY AREA “EZERTSE” ECOSYSTEM AND ADVENTURE PARK

Pehchevo – Marsh / marshy area ecosystem “Ezertse” is located in the eastern part of the city of Pehchevo, in the valley of the Pehchevska river. It is a natural swamp / lake that has specific swamp flora and fauna. The area around the swamp is full of natural beauty, which is why it is placed in the function of education and recreation of visitors. The “Pond” ecosystem is arranged with educational boards about the marsh biodiversity, trails, observation decks, gazebos, benches for recreation and relaxation, children’s games and other interesting content. The area around the marsh is horticulturally arranged with plants characteristic of the marsh eco-system, a marsh observation platform has been created that can serve as an outdoor classroom for teaching the target group of students and tourists, and the entire site is illuminated with lamps.

Pehchevo – Adventure Park (consisting of an adrenaline trail and a zip line). In the immediate vicinity of the lake there is an adventure path with a length of 600 meters and a 40-meter long line, which visitors thirsty for adrenaline can enjoy.
